In Korean language (which is Taekwon-Do&#8217;s heritage) the word &#8216;SUN SOO&#8217; means &#8216;Pure&#8217;, so we consider it to fit well with our ideal of keeping the art of Taekwon-Do as pure as we can, teaching exactly as General Choi has written in his books and until his passing delivered at his seminars .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On being accepted as a Member, you will be entrusted with this namesake to represent Sun Soo ITF Taekwon-Do Australia and your fellow Members faithfully while keeping true to this ideal.
